Here are the latest iPhone/iPod touch/iPod/iPad apps announced. You can find ’em at the Apple App Store (http://www.itunes.com/appstore/).

Epson and Thinxtream Technologies has announced that the PrintJinni for Epson mobile printing app will be available for free through December (It’s normally US$6.99) and offers native support for the iPad. rintJinni for Epson allows iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users (iOS 3. and 4.x) to print Microsoft Office, PDF, and JPEG attachments from MobileMe, Gmail, Microsoft Exchange, and AOL  e-mail accounts to any Epson wireless all-in-one, including WorkForce, Artisan and Epson Stylus NX models.

The first digital edition of “Salk International’s Airport Transit Guide” is now available for the iPhone, iPod, and iPad. This, the 25th Edition, covering ground transportation at 460 airports worldwide, has been completely revised for 2011, and replaces the US$9.95 print edition, which had been published continuously since 1982. The new app is $9.99, including free updates. (A lite version, featuring Denver and Hong Kong, is free.)

Vito Technology has announced GyroCompass 3D for iOS devices. The main feature is a software compass on a compass-less device which is simulated with data from gyroscope, camera, and celestial maps. GyroCompass 3D is available for the iPhone and iPod Touch for $2.99; there’s also a free, “lite” version.

Appdicted,has introduced My Snowman 1.0 for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users. The $0.99 app gives users a way to create virtual snowmen characters. There are over 100 different snowman parts, including bodies, eyes, noses, mouths, arms and accessories. Users combine these parts on a background photo of their choice.

John Carlin has launched Indisposable 1.0.1, a personal cash flow analysis and forecasting app for iOS devices. The $1.99 app enables the user to evaluate any personal financial decision by calculating its consequences. After inputting the date and amount of recurring and one-time income, plus recurring and one-time expenses, the app can forecast cash flow from one week to six months in the future. This allows the user to test various interest, credit, income, and expense scenarios.

OnLive (http://www.onlive.com) has debuted the free OnLive Viewer mobile app for the iPad. It enables live spectating of any of millions of OnLive video game sessions as they’re played around the world.

Techselect Consulting has unveiled their Corporate Professional Series of iPhone apps. Mobile Executive,  Mobile Manager and Mobile Employee business productivity apps are specifically tailored for corporate business executives, managers, and employees. All of the apps — which are $4.99 each — provide expense tracking and can store travel details, including air, hotel, ground transportation, and frequent flyer/travel reward programs.

Mindwarm has produced AddTo San Jose 1.0 for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. The $0.99 app lets you create your own travel guide from your photos and notes. You can create your own map with the highlights you want, photo album and travel diary. You can add a note or photo to your album. If you have allowed location, then your current location will be added to that note and photo.

Apalon has unleashed Fashion Monkey 1.0 for iOS devices. The $0.99 app lets you create an “exquisite look” for one of four monkeys by browsing through the virtual wardrobe.

Mobile Force Corp. has rolled out AutoRobot TD — Defend and Defeat for the iPhone and iPod touch. A $2.99 mobile tower defense gaming experience, AutoRobot TD throws players into the role of a combat commander charged with defeating waves of enemies efficiently and creatively enough to keep their tower intact and stop any foe from crossing the game field. Players can choose between single player matches and heads-up matches via either a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection.

Wimmera Native Nursery has produced Native Plant Guide for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users. The $9.99 app is an instruction guide and teaching tool for users to learn about native Australian plant species. Information about selection, preparation, planting and maintenance of the plants is included in the database, which can be searched or browsed.

HackingFresh has grown Fruit Guide 1.0 for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. The $1.99 app offers users photographs and text referencing for selecting only the finest, healthiest fruits available. HackingFresh currently displays more than 29 of the most popular fruits, with more being added all the time. Users are welcome to submit suggestions for new additions to the existing list of fruits.

Ruckus Mobile Media has published its first author-illustrator driven app with original content written specifically for the iPad: “A Present for Milo,” written and illustrated by Mike Austin. The $1.99 app tells an interactive cat-chases-mouse story ideal for pre-readers and young readers.

Speaking of publishing, the MIT Press has just published an iPad edition of “NonObject,” by Branko Lukic and Barry Katz. The print edition of this imaginative book was published in early November and the iPad app edition is now available at an introductory price of $19.95.

AppPro Studio has announced Humanist for the iPhone and iPod touch. The $2.99 app is a solution designed to help learn about personal traits of any person, the possibility of doing business with him, and foretelling the probable outcome of a meeting with that person for every day. By entering a date of birth in Humanist, users will receive detailed information about their character structure. Businesses of all sizes can now use the 2X Client for iOS with their iPad and iPhone mobile devices to access their enterprise applications remotely from any location.

Beautiful Game Studios has launched Big Cup Cricket for the iPhone and iPod touch. The $2.99 app is a cricket game that features challenge and tournament modes and Game Center support. You swipe and flick to control the direction, speed and position of both bat and ball as you take on the best teams in the world on your road to victory.

Left Coast Logic has updated SmartPad, the iOS4.2 version of their iPad productivity app, to version 1.1. The $18.99 app’s logic slots tasks into free time between appointments, integrates tasks into the calendar and more. The Day Manager shows which tasks can be completed today, as well as allows interactive scheduling. Version 1.1 boasts performance improvements, as well as the ability to sync directly with the iPad Calendar and from there to Outlook, Mobile Me, iCal and other calendars.
