Apple Pro Training part of Government Video Expo

NewBay Media, a publisher of digital content creation media, hsa announced details of its conference program for Government Video Expo (http://www.gvexpo.com), coming to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC, Nov. 30 through Dec. 2.

Featuring three distinct conference programs covering a broad range of topics, Government Video Expo is expected to attract thousands of video and A/V professionals for three full days of education, training, exhibitions, film screenings and networking events. At the heart of Government Video Expo’s educational program is the Digital Media DC Conference, produced by Future Media Concepts, which features three full days of sessions in five parallel tracks, and includes over 50 presentations focusing on the latest techniques and practices for editors, motion graphics designers, new media professionals and video producers.

Tracks include: Final Cut Studio Editing; Avid Editing; Motion Graphics and Visual FX; Digital Video Production Techniques; Social Media Solutions; HDSLR: From Still to Motion; and Adobe Production Premium CS5 with Premier Pro. As a separate conference option, Government Video Expo is once again offering Apple Pro Training to its attendees, featuring two-day, end user Certification Training Prep Courses and exams in Apple Final Cut Pro 7 Level I and Apple Motion.

Rounding out the Government Video Expo conference program is a new addition to the 2010 line up. InfoComm Academy will deliver high-quality education and training created specifically for government audiovisual professionals.
