Elements+ 3.0 released for Photoshop Elements 9

Independent author Andrei Doubrovski has announced Elements+ 3.0 (http://elementsplus.net/), an update of his enhancement patch for Adobe Photoshop Elements 9. Elements+ is a add-on that unlocks the undocumented advanced functions in Photoshop Elements featured in the latest versions of Photoshop.

Elements+ is JavaScript-based, so the script behavior will depend on current circumstances. The unleashed features can be accessed via dedicated dialog boxes that include undocumented commands and panels for exploring and using the hidden (officially unsupported) contents, such as paths, color channels, and more. The kit includes smart filters, vector masks, and more advanced tools normally hidden under the hood, says Doubrovski.

Elements+ 3.0 sports eight dialog boxes: Color and Tone, Selections, Layers, Masks, Smart Filters, Paths, Text and Scripts. The Scripts catalog includes 100-plus additional utilities for miscellaneous tasks

Elements+ 3.0 works with Mac OS X 10.4.11 or later and Photoshop Elements+9.0 or later. It’s available for US$12 for download. Distribution kits are also available for all the previous versions of Adobe Photoshop Elements.
