In a note today to clients, Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster raised his iPad sales estimates for 2011 from 14.5 million to 21 million units. Among other things, he thinks that Apple will begin selling the tablet device in Target stores, along with over 1,000 Best Busy, in time for the holiday season.

Jaffray also thinks the international roll-out of the iPad will pump up sales. The tablet is now offered in more than 20 countries. Finally, the analyst thinks iPad sales will be helped by Apple’s increasing presence in the enterprise market.
