Apple CEO Steve Jobs has been named the most influential person in tech as T3 reveals the “T3 Tech 100 for 2010” (http://tech100.t3.com/).

Riding high on the success of the iPad and iPhone 4, T3’s panel of expert judges felt that Jobs “embodies Apple, propelling the company forward as the instigator and first true genius of the tech lifestyle age.”

Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer came second, thanks largely to Windows 7, while the Google trinity of Eric Schmidt, Larry Page and Sergey Brin shared third. Terry Gou, chairman and president of iPhone manufacturers Foxconn, was fourth and CEO of Intel Paul Otellini was fifth. Heads of Facebook, LG, Samsung and Nintendo also made the Top 10.
