Here are the latest iPhone/iPod touch/iPod/iPad apps announced. You can find ’em at the Apple App Store (http://www.itunes.com/appstore/).

MosaLingua has announced MosaLingua Learn Spanish and MosaLingua Learn French for English-speaking learners. The apps cost US$0.99 each and use a teaching method called the Spaced Repetition System, the latest technology used to facilitate the memorization process.

Haywoodsoft has released Story Patch, a $9.99 storytelling application for the iPad that lets children create stories. It comes with hundreds of included illustrations and a variety of story themes.

Apalon has unveiled I Fixed It! 1.0, a $0.99 gallery app for the iPhone and iPod touch. It features a funny collection of homemade repairs.

Milo Creative has introduced Tiny Ocean 1.0 for the iPhone and iPod touch, a $1.99 educational game that keeps children entertained while they learn new words. Children explore a tropical island and musical underwater world by tapping illustrated pictures to play animations and sounds. Parents and children can record their own voices to help pronunciation and speaking skills. Tiny Ocean features interactive Flash Cards in multiple languages.

Viaden Mobile has rolled out Fitness HD for iPad 1.0. The $2.99 app features four modes of workout creation, so users can choose one of the ready-made fitness routines created by a professional coach and tailored to fit a wide variety of goals. Two other modes were designed to let fitness pros create an individual workout on their own.

Sonoma Wire Works’ $9.99 FourTrack multitrack audio recorder for the iPhone and iPod touch has been updated to version 4.0, adding new features including file import, AudioCopy, input monitoring, the GuitarJack control panel and Taylor EQ.

Softmines has announced Bloody Hell 1.1, an update to their $0.99 action game for the iPhone and iPod touch. Bloody Hell puts the player into the shoes of a man hell bent on taking the ultimate retribution from his adversaries — their deaths. Using a wide variety of weaponry — including guns, bombs and nuclear explosions — players can wreak destruction on any and all figures that dare to cross their path. Version 1.1 brings a complete overhaul of the user interface, adding boss battles and more.

Gyro Air Drums 1.1, a $2.99 gyroscope controlled virtual drum set app, now includes a full touch drum set that works on any iOS 4 device. Users can slide to play or tap to play the new animated drum set. If a user upgrades their device to the new iPod touch or to an iPhone 4, the app automatically upgrades and includes the gyroscope controlled air drums.

Ilium Software has updated ListPro, their free list-making software for iPhone and iPod touch devices, to version 5.1. It includes features like List Portals and the ability to synchronize lists with a desktop computer.
