Another day, another lawsuit. A case has started in the court of the Eastern District of Texas Marshall Division accusing a number of companies — including Apple — of breaching a patent relating to object orientation, reports “TechEye” (http://macosg.me/2/s5).

Ganas claims the companies infringe on their patents for an “object oriented communication among platform independent systems across a firewall over the internet using HttP-SOAP and an “object oriented communications system over the internet.” The company wants a jury to award it damages, costs, expenses, post-judgement interest and enhanced damages.
