Here are the latest iPhone/iPod touch/iPod/iPad apps announced. You can find ’em at the Apple App Store (http://www.itunes.com/appstore/).

Peavey Electronics and Agile Partners has announced that the AmpKit and AmpKit+ Apps are available now on the App Store. The apps are iPhone amp and effects studios with recording and re-amping capabilities.  AmpKit and AmpKit+, together with AmpKit LiNK, a high fidelity electric guitar interface for iPad, iPhone and second- and third-generation iPod touch, provide guitar and bass players with a way to jam with high quality tones anytime and anywhere.
 
AmpKit is a free app that includes the Peavey ValveKing amp with clean and very-high gain lead channels, two ValveKing cabinets (4×12 and 1×12), two pedals (Noise Gate, Elevenizer), two mics (Workhorse 57 dynamic mic, Germann 87 condenser mic), and a built-in Noise & Feedback Filter. AmpKit+ is a paid app (US$19.99) that includes three additional amps, four more cabinets and eight additional pedals, at less than half their individual prices.

EmirBytes has announced iHueSplash Pro 1.3 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users. With the $2.99 app, users can change the hues of the selected colors of an object while converting the rest of the photo to black and white. Users can select six target colors at a time and able to adjust each one of the individually. You can also apply the changes and select more colors, giving it infinity amount of selectable target colors.

David Sumner has introduced Circular Tic Tac Toe 1.0, a $2.99 board game for the iPad. Circular Tic Tac Toe is purportedly as easy to learn as the traditional game, but with considerable tactical and strategic complexity. Players place pieces on a circular board, trying to be the first to get four in a row. The computer can serve as the opponent at any of five levels — from easy to expert.

Kilby Designs has debuted Faceplay 1.0, a $1.99, self portrait photography app exclusively for iPhone 4 devices. It lets you create and share comedic self-portrait photographs. Three different zones layer over the camera and allow users to add props such as hats, glasses and beards.

RateWatch 1.9.5 is MF Software’s free app for the iPhone and iPod touch that gives you a quick view of the latest key interest rates and a daily calendar of the day’s economic indicators. You can keep track of Prime, LIBOR, and other rates.

Riptide Games today announced iLookGangsta 1.2 for the iPhone 4, iPhone and iPod touch. The $0.99 features 20 custom gangsta items that users can mix, match and arrange on their photos. Users with an iPhone can take a new photo directly from within the app, and all users can choose existing photos already in the camera roll or photo library on their device. iLookGangsta is optimized for the Retina Display for the iPhone 4 and front camera, though it works on all iOS based devices.

MindTapp has introduced PhotoNest Free 2.1, its free iAd supported photo sharing tool for the iPhone and iPod touch. It eliminates having to click on a link to see what photo your friend has uploaded. TaskList for the iPhone and iPod touch has been updated to version 1.0.1. The $1.99 app offers an open-ended system of tasks, memos, groups and tags.

Zentertain has released a free version of Tapic 1.0 for iPhone and iPod touch devices. It’s a rhythm game that lets you play with all your own iPod music. The gameplay is similar to Tap Tap Revenge, but the difference is you can play with whatever music you want and you don’t have to buy a music pack. For each game mode, there are various game themes will give you different gaming experience.
