Another lawsuit has been filed regarding the iPhone 4’s antenna problems. According to a “Boston Globe” report (http://macosg.me/2/gy), the law firm of Carp Law Offices LLC, has filed suit against Apple and AT&T.

The firm, representing an iPhone owner, is seeking an injunction to halt production of the iPhone 4 until Apple fixes defective phones it has already sold. Similar suits have been filed in California, Maryland, and New Jersey.

Apple says it sold over 1.7 million iPhone 4’s so far. However, some folks are complaining that the phone has a defective built-in antenna that can’t receive cellular signals when the user’s hand covers the phone’s bottom left corner.
