iHome (http://www.ihomeaudio.com) has released the US$99 iP46 Portable Rechargeable Stereo Speaker System. It’s compatible with the iPhone and iPod.
Outfitted with four speakers in Reson8 speaker chambers, SRS WOW sound enhancement and a rechargeable lithium ion battery, the iP46 purportedly delivers 10 hours of audio. It’s equipped with a pivoting retractable dock for iPhone and docking iPod models and a line-in jack to play any desired MP3 or CD player.
