The US$29.99 system enables the musician to use any of the music/guitar apps available on the Apple App Store, such as: video lessons, lyrics teleprompter, audio recorder, metronome, tabs display, and instrument tuner.
Compatible with any guitar, the Guitar Sidekick purportedly doesn’t affect playing or tuning. It works with classical, acoustic, electric or bass guitars. The grip can freely rotate and position the iPhone in either portrait or landscape mode. The adjustable grip can accommodate the iPhone, iPod touch, iPod nano, BlackBerry Storm, BlackBerry, Android, PSP, Zune, iTab, and more.
