myYearbook, a place to meet new people and one of the 25 most-trafficked sites in the U.S., has announced the availability of its first iPhone application. myYearbook Chatter. It offers a free, real-time location-based stream that receives over one million posts per day.

Booyah, developer and publisher of the location-based MyTown  app, has updated it to version 4.0. The free app delves further into the intersection of the real world and the virtual world in the latest version.

Greg Hughes has released Wi-Fi Sync, a wireless syncing application for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. It’s available at a promotional sale price of $4.99. On June 11, the application returns to its $9.99 retail cost.
