Launch2net Premium update offers support for ZTE modems

Nova media (http://www.novamedia.de) has updated Launch2net Premium, its 3G connection manager with the ability to share your Mac’s 3G connection with iPads and other devices. Version 2.0.1 offers support for modems from ZTE, improves the french translation and contains bug fixes.

Launch2net Premium can replace different connection managers from network operators and modem manufacturers, making a mobile online experience much more enjoyable, says Jan Fuellemann, PR spokesperson at nova media. Using the integrated Mobile Hub, the 3G connection can instantly be shared with iPads, iPod touches and other WLAN capable devices, he adds. Besides the ability to establish a 3G connection with most modems and most network operators, launch2net Premium offers a full fledged SMS text message manager as well as a statistics.

Launch2net Premium 2.0.1 is available today for download at nova media’s web site. It’s a free update for current users. For new users a single license of launch2net Premium is priced at approximately US$49.90. It requires an Intel-based Mac running Mac OS X 10.5.x or 10.6.x. A demo version is available for download.
