A new, free iPhone app, TruthSeeker, delivers independent and alternative news sources and podcasts to the end user’s iPhone or iPod touch. Launched by London BAPPZ, it delivers news feeds to iPhones by searching for certain key phrases.

Visual Generation has announced The Twiggles 1.0, an US$2.99 puzzle game for the iPhone and iPod touch. Twiggles are little blue creatures that are lost in a strange world. To help them find their way back home, the player has to build bridges, dig tunnels, place trampolines and blow up obstacles. The player can always turn back time if something didn’t work out, helping them manipulate time to solve the puzzles. The game features animations, with 35 achievements and OpenFeint support.

Free Radical Software’s free application, Rhythmic 1.0, is now available for the iPhone and iPod touch. It lets you share your favorite song info using Bump or Bluetooth. In Rhythmic, each friend can select songs that they would like to share, and with just a press of a button the song info is sent wirelessly. The song is then added to the friends list with relevant song data and cover art. All received songs are saved on this list for download at any time.

Venan Entertainment and designer toy studio Shawnimals have unleashed Ninjatown: Trees of Doom! It’s a $1.99 game for the iPhone and iPod touch.

Club 33, a new $0.99 app available for the iPhone and iPod touch, takes users on a picture tour of Club 33 at Disneyland. Touch the images to explore over 12 different scenes from inside Walt Disney’s exclusive and private club. Users can discover hotspots within each scene which trigger popups containing detailed information and images about the artwork, features, and decor of the restaurant.

Edisonweb, an Italian software house that develops the digital signage platform Web Signage, adds to its various solutions and tools a new iPhone application, making it possible to monitor the status of each player within the mobile digital signage network. With it you can check the execution status and the performance of the players for every digital signage network and subnetwork managed with Web Signage. You can download the application through the App Store for free. In order to be able to use the application, an account for the Web Signage Server platform is needed. A free 30-days test account can be requested on the Web Signage home page.

Notify Technology Corp. (http://www.notifycorp.com) has enhanced its NotifyLink On-Premise and On-Demand versions to support both the iPad with Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi + 3G using the iPhone 3.2 OS. NotifyLink provides users with wireless email and PIM synchronization combined with a set of mobile device management functionality.

DigitalDeejay has announced Disco Party By Mix.DJ, a new app for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. It’s a $1.99, unlimited music streaming app with over 500 Disco DJ mixes from around the world and updated in real time.
