OWC announces memory upgrades for new Mac minis

Other World Computing (http://www.macsales.com)
has announced the availability of OWC DDR3
1066MHz Memory Upgrade Kits up to 8GB for the new
Mac mini models announced by Apple last week —
as well as previously announced 2009 mini models.
Options are:

° OWC 2GB DDR3 Memory Module (1 x 2GB memory
module) — US$44.97. You can add this to the
factory installed 1GB memory in Early 2009 mini
for 3GB. It replaces the existing factory
installed 1GB memory in Late 2009 2.26GHz model
for 3GB total. The upgrade isn’t available as a
factory option.

° OWC 4GB DDR3 Memory Kit (2 x 2GB matched memory
modules) — $87.99 It replaces the existing
memory in all 1GB and 2GB factory configurations
and upgrades to 4GB total.

° OWC 4GB DDR3 Memory Module (1 x 4GB memory
module) — $247.99. You can add this to the
factory installed 1GB memory in Early 2009 mini
for 5GB. It replaces the existing factory
installed 1GB memory in Late 2009 2.26GHz model
for 5GB total and replaces 2GB in all other 2009
mini models for 6GB total. The upgrade isn’t
available as a factory option.

° OWC 8GB DDR3 Memory Kit (2 x 4GB matched memory
modules) — $475.99. This replaces the existing
factory installed modules with 8GB total. The
upgrade isn’t available as a factory option.

Additional money savings are available for
customers who take advantage of OWC’s rebate
programs for Apple factory standard memory
modules and factory installed hard drives.
