SmartBackup ready for Snow Leopard

Freeridecoding has updated SmartBackup
(http://freeridecoding.com/smartbackup), a Mac OS X app for
lightweight backups, to version 2.5. The upgrade is ready for Mac OS
X 10.6 (“Snow Leopard”). It’s also 64-bit with new performance
optimization and updated Automator action.

SmartBackup performs backups to hard drives, network sharepoints,
webDAV, USB sticks and iPods. It supports configuration via Spotlight
“saved searches,” archiving of deleted or changed items, file
exclusion, handling of multiple backup sets, one-click restore and
automation using iCal, Automator or shellscripts.

SmartBackup costs US$22 for a single-user license; site licenses are
also available. Version 2.5 is a free update for registered users.
