Ringtone Studio for the iPhone updated to version 2.0

The two brothers behind the PocketMac brand of
Mac tools have announced RingtoneStudio 2.0
(http://www.CreateiPhoneRingtones.com/) for the
iPhone. It provides a way to create iPhone
ringtones.

Tim Goggin, vice president of Sales & Marketing
says RingtoneStudio 2.0 was designed to produce
an unlimited quantity of ringtones “without
having to pay Apple’s 99 cent-per-ringtone fee.”
It creates ringtones from any unprotected music
format or from a variety of QuickTime-friendly
video formats.

Version 2.0 includes:

° Visual sound editing — now users can visually
edit ringtones by looking at the actual waveform
of the sounds being played in realtime, with a
zoom of up to 16x;

° Volume control — users can now boost the
volume of any song or clip, with full undo;

° The ability to ad fade-in/fade-out to any ringtone;

° Compatibility/integration with QuickTime Pro.
Copy and the ability to paste sounds between RTS
and QuickTime or QuickTime Pro;

° Better integration of video and waveform editing.

The first 500 customers who order PocketMac
RingtoneStudio 2.0 for iPhone will get their
chose of either an iDevil or iAngel iPhone case
for free. RingtoneStudio 2.0 for iPhone is
available now for US$29.95. Upgrades for
registered 1.0 users are available for $9.95.
