introduced the Pro Cable

models of Mac pros as an internal storage solution. According to Sid
Raza of Trans, the cable gives freedom and total control to Mac Pro
owners to manage internal storage by selecting third party fast
SAS/SATA Host Adapter of their choice.
The Pro Cable is a data protection, performance, enhancement and hot
swappable internal storage solution for 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009
[Nehalem] Mac Pros. Its hot swap feature allows the drives to be
mounted and unmounted in running machines. A Pro Cable Kit with two
cables is U$128.
