OmniFocus 1.5 takes advantage of iPhone OS 3.0 features

The Omni Group has released OmniFocus 1.5
(http://www.omnigroup.com/applications/omnifocus/iphone/)
for the iPhone’ an update to its mobile personal
task management application. It’s available at
the Apple App Store
(http://www.itunes.com/appstore/) for US$19.99.
Version 1.5 is a free update for registered users.

OmniFocus 1.5 for iPhone and iPod touch leverages
many of the new capabilities in the iPhone OS 3.0
software update, including cut, copy and paste,
integrated Maps and more. The app now displays
nearby context categories of possible tasks using
a map; simply touch a pin to see all the tasks
within the corresponding context category.
Actions or tasks can now be cut, copied and
pasted between any application and OmniFocus with
a single user gesture.

Additionally the app now incorporates a new
Search screen for searching through projects and
actions. A new Repeat screen enables the quick
set-up of repeating actions and projects. Now web
links can render directly inside the application
itself for quicker viewing. Other new features
include “due date” display for each Action list,
and direct feedback email to the Omni Group
directly from within the application itself.
