MacPractice EDR (Electronic Dental Records) released

MacPractice, a developer of practice management software and clinical applications designed especially for Mac OS X, announced the release of the MacPractice EDR (Electronic Dental Records). Dentists can create and interact with clinical data including health history and clinical notes with graphic annotations on teeth as they are accustomed to doing in paper. To take tooth charting in MacPractice DDS to the next level, MacPractice plans to make EDR interactive with the ledger in MacPractice DDS. And MacPractice plans to release MacPractice Tooth Chart in the 1st quarter of 2008. The Introductory Price through December 31, 2007 for MacPractice EDR for dentists is US$1,500 plus $300 annually for support and updates.
