New Blog System for WebCrossing Neighbors 2

WEB CROSSING, INC. ANNOUNCES EXCITING NEW BLOG SYSTEM FOR WEBCROSSING
NEIGHBOR 2

— All New Group Blogs and Redesigned Personal Blogs Are One Click Away for
Private-label Social Network System —

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Oct. 17, 2007 — Web Crossing, Inc. today announced
an exciting new Blog system in WebCrossing Neighbors 2, the company’s
private-label social network system.

Now for the first time WebCrossing Neighbors 2 provides Group Blogs. The
new Blog system for WebCrossing Neighbors 2 also sports completely
redesigned personal Blogs with a new WYSIWYG editor. The new Blog system is
automatically available today, with no installation required, on all
WebCrossing Neighbors networks.

“Only WebCrossing Neighbors lets companies implement such a broad spectrum
of functionality with such flexibility,” explained Tim Lundeen, president
and CEO of Web Crossing, Inc. “The new streamlined Blog system represents a
prime example of integrated power at your disposal in a single check-box
click. Once turned on, personal spaces, discussion groups and private
discussion groups all have access to integrated Blog capabilities, with
comments, a WYSIWYG editor, the complete package. We’ve accomplished a lot
of work, so that anyone running a WebCrossing Neighbors system gets serious
Blog capabilities in one click.”

Group Administrators can easily activate Blogs for their group members with
one simple click in the Group Settings panel. The new Group Blog
capabilities complement the legendary access controls in Web Crossing
products by allowing private groups to leverage blogs for group news and
updates. Public groups can allow entry posting by group administrators
only, qualifying group members only, or any system member. Group
administrators can also designate whether group members or anyone can add
comments to blog entries.

The new Blog system now archives entries automatically by month and by
year. Complete tagging capabilities in the new Blog system allow members to
categorize their posts for easy retrieval. Really Simple Syndication (RSS)
support is available for blogs in publicly available spaces. A new Related
Links feature allows authors to add supplemental URLs for information
associated with the blog entry. The new Blog system supplants the simpler
Journal system, and automatically retains the Journal archive.
