WiebeTech today announced it is now shipping 200GB and 250GB 2.5″ drives, the largest capacity 2.5″ on the market today, notes the company. Customers may purchase them in WiebeTech’s ToughTech mini and ToughTech XE mini pocket drives. The 200GB drive is available with 7200RPM, and the 250GB drive is available with 5400RPM. Pricing for the new drives start at US$392.95.
