Unsanity today announced the availability of Labels X 1.8.1, the latest update to its utility for enhancing Apple’s file labeling features in Mac OS X. This means that, not only can you apply various color tints to file or folder icons, and sort the files by label, but also you have an option of applying color tints to either an icon or its name or both. Version 1.8.1 features: speed optimizations; includes Application Enhancer 2.0.3; and fixes an issue preventing Recent Items menu from working on Intel-based Macs. Labels X is priced at US$10.
