Trans International announced today it is now shipping a 160GB Seagate Momentus 7200 RPM SATA drive (2.5”) as internal and external Storage Solution for the MacBook, MacBook Pro and Mac mini (intel Core). The company says that the drive increases system productivity approximately 25 percent over that of 5400-RPM drives, and features a SATA 3Gb/s interface with Native Command Queuing (NCQ). Trans International is offering Seagate Momentus internal SATA 160GB drive for US$199 and the external storage solution with miniXpress enclosure is also available for an additional $99.
