Equinux today announced the release of CoverScout 2.3, the latest release of its artwork solution for iTunes, providing an intuitive interface to search artwork in vast archives such as Amazon, Google Images or the Web itself. Version 2.3 adds full support for the iSight or any other QuickTime compatible webcam, so users can capture their own covers with just a single click. To complement this feature, the new built-in cover editor offers crop, scale and rotate functions to ensure optimal results. To round up this release, some known issues have been fixed, improving the application’s overall stability.
