Other World Computing (OWC) today announced its “Consumer-Created Commercial Contest” running through December 31, 2006 and open to the public — allowing amateur digital filmmakers have their chance to play advertising executive. Grand prize in the contest is an award-winning NewerTech miniStack V2 external hard drive storage solution and FireWire/USB port expander. Other prizes include OWC gift certificates, FM transmitters, and other technology products. Winning entries will be broadcast at the Macworld Conference & Expo in January.
