Canadian dental EClaims added to MacPractice DDS

MacPractice, developer of MacPractice DDS for dentists, MacPractice MD for physicians, MacPractice DC for chiropractors, and MacPractice 20/20 for optometrists, the first full-fledged healthcare practice management software applications designed especially for Mac OS X for PowerPC and Intel, has added Canadian EClaims capability to MacPractice DDS, a first for Mac OS X. MacPractice is in the process of receiving certification from the Canadian Dental Association (CDAnet). CDAnet instantly confirms eligibility, informs the office of an error in the claim and if a predetermination is required. Dentists and their patients know exactly how much insurance will pay for a procedure at the time of service. Patients may receive insurance reimbursement in less than a week.
