Apple announces dates for WWDC

Apple has announced the dates for this year’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC). The event takes place in San Francisco from August 7-11. “WWDC 2006 is a perfect opportunity to take your work to the next level,” notes Apple. “Discover tools and techniques for optimizing your code on Intel-based Macs, explore best practices for choosing and using the latest APIs, and learn how to make the most of the technologies and services built into Mac OS X.”
