Developers who participated in Apple’s Developer Transition Kit (announced at WWDC in June) are now eligible to receive a free Intel-based iMac. Under the program, developers who shelled out the US$999, received a 3.6GHz Pentium 4 and Mac OS X 10.4.12 running preview. Those developers are now eligible to receive a free Intel iMac 17-inch 1.83GHz Core Duo. Developers have until March 31, 2006 to claim their iMac. Link credit to The Mac Observer
