MacSpeech Releases ScriptPak for Quicken

Salem, NH, 2006-01-06: Macintosh speech recognition authority MacSpeech has
released a new ScriptPak for Quicken 2006. The new ScriptPak installs over
200 commands into iListen that allows the user to do virtually anything by
voice in Quicken 2006 that they would normally do using keyboard shortcuts
or menus. The new ScriptPak also includes voice commands for Emergency
Records Organizer and Home Inventory, two companion programs that come with
Quicken 2006.

“Our ScriptPak for Quicken 2004 was one of our best selling ScriptPaks,”
said MacSpeech Chief Evangelist Chuck Rogers. “This new ScriptPak is over
twice the size and includes the ability to control the other applications
that come with Quicken.” The ScriptPak for Quicken 2006 is available
immediately from the MacSpeech web site and sells for $10. iListen 1.6.8 or
later is required to use the new ScriptPak.

Macworld attendees are invited to stop by the MacSpeech booth, #738, to
learn the latest about MacSpeech products.

ScriptPaks work with MacSpeech’s flagship product, iListen, whose
TalkAnywhere technology allows users to dictate anywhere they would
normally type. ScriptPaks enhance iListen’s Command & Control capabilities
by teaching it about the individual keyboard and menu commands in a
specific program. ScriptPaks only affect iListen’s ability to control an
application and are not required for dictation.

MacSpeech offers several iListen packages, including a software only
solution for $99, and a software and headset with microphone for $149.

MacSpeech is a Mac-only company dedicated to producing the finest speech
products for Macintosh.
