SMILEONMYMAC RELEASES browseback, AN INNOVATIVE VISUAL WEB HISTORY TOOL
Users Can Easily Find and Retrieve Web Pages Previously Visited

San Francisco, CA – November 1, 2005 – SmileOnMyMac released a public beta
of its latest product, browseback, a web history visualization and search
tool. browseback stores a PDF of every web page visited and makes the pages
accessible through a unique interface that allows the user to browse
thumbnails of the pages. This visual web history can also be searched by
content, making it possible to easily retrieve visited web pages with a few
keywords.

“Everyone has faced the problem of finding a web page they didn’t
bookmark,” said Greg Scown, co-founder of SmileOnMyMac. “With browseback,
you can look through thumbnails or do a search to find almost any web page
you’ve visited. Your web browsing history becomes a reliable resource for
research and reference.”

By clicking on a thumbnail in the browseback interface, the user can view
the web page online, as well as view, email, save or print a PDF of the
page stored by the program.

“We’ve never released a public beta before,” Scown said. “Because this
product is so revolutionary, we wanted to get a better picture of how real
people will use it before we finalize it.”

browseback 1.0 will be released in December. The price will be $29.95. The
public beta can be downloaded at
http://www.smileonmymac.com/browseback/download.html and requires Mac OS X
10.4 or higher.
