Toon Boom launches Solo for small studios and Indie filmmakers

Toon Boom Animation today announced the release of Toon Boom Solo, its new stand-alone animation software solution designed to meet the needs of small size studios and independent animation filmmakers. The company says “Solo offers a new level of creativity, efficiency and simplified workflow to produce animation of the highest quality for film, video, television, web sites, games and mobile devices.” Toon Boom Solo is expected to ship on September 30, 2005 and comes with a DVD case and CD, a security key (dongle), Keyboard Shortcuts and Installation and Getting Started Guide, tutorials as well as a two-volume user guide. Toon Boom Solo is priced at US$2,999.99.
