LANDesk Software today announced administrative console support for Mac OS X Tiger. Using Mac OS X and LANDesk Management suite, IT organizations can now use a Mac and Safari to centrally manage their enterprise networks. IT administrators can now manage their Mac OS X systems from a Macintosh, using a robust and easy-to-use Web-based console. Macintosh systems appear in a network view and can be included in software distribution, inventory support and patch management tasks and schedules.
