Delicious Library 1.5 Adds New Tiger Features

Seattle, WA – April 28th, 2005 – Delicious Monster Software today announced
the release of Delicious Library 1.5, a free upgrade to Delicious Monster’s
award-winning application for cataloging and sharing personal libraries of
books, movies, music and video games. Version 1.5 adds support for Mac OS X
version 10.4 “Tiger”, including Spotlight support and a new Delicious
Library Tiger Dashboard widget. Delicious Library 1.5 also adds full
support for scanning and importing international items, an internally
translated interface, and many other features and bug fixes.

Delicious Library 1.5 harnesses the power of two of Tiger’s newest
features, Spotlight and Dashboard. Delicious Library 1.5 is fully
integrated with Spotlight, Tiger’s new search technology that allows users
to search for anything on their Macs from a single location. In addition,
Delicious Monster has created a new mini-bookshelf Dashboard widget, giving
users immediate access to information from their multimedia library.
Tiger’s Dashboard is a collection of widgets that give users immediate
one-click access to information like stock quotes, weather forecasts and
airline flight tracking.

“With innovative new features like Spotlight and Dashboard we believe Tiger
is going to fundamentally impact the way people search and share their
content,” said Ron Okamoto, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide Developer
Relations. “We’re thrilled that Delicious Library has integrated Spotlight
and created a great Dashboard widget to give users the ability to
powerfully search and easily view their personal libraries.”

Delicious Library 1.5 has also been fully localized, featuring an interface
translated for French, Spanish, German and Japanese users, as well as
allowing international items to be scanned and imported from a number of
international web sources.

Delicious Library’s pre-existing, exclusive features include 30fps iSight
barcode scanning to import your stuff, beautiful photo- realistic digital
shelves full of hi-resolution 3D renderings of your covers, Address Book
and iCal integrated loan tracking, and smart buying recommendations.

Delicious Library costs $39.95, with an optional wireless Bluetooth laser
barcode scanner available for an additional, unheard-of $174.95. Delicious
Library 1.5 is a free upgrade for all registered users.
