Apple has kicked of a new promotion that offers customers a one-year .Mac membership for US$69.95 — a savings of $30 off the normal price. Purchases made from the online Apple Store and Apple retail stores qualify for an instant rebate. Those that purchase a boxed version of .Mac from an Apple Authorized Reseller will need to complete a mail-in rebate to get the savings. The offer is valid from April 12 through May 23, 2005.
