Boinx Software has announced the release of iStopMotion 1.8, a new version of its stop motion animation tool for Mac OS X. iStopMotion 1.8 introduces a new pro level feature that aims to help animators to synchronise their animation to a given soundtrack. The new version also features an improved timeline with thumbnail representation of the captured frames, direct drag and drop import of images from the finder, and improves the import of multiple pictures from a still camera.
