Starting later this month, Macintosh users can call toll-free 1-877-DrMac4U (1-877-376-2248) or visit the company’s Web site to request expert’s help, training and advice. Requests will be answered with an estimated time, cost, matched expert and proposed appointment. Problem resolution prices start at US$30 for a quarter-hour resolution.
