Apple has launched a new Start Page for users of its Safari Web browser. The new page, located at apple.com/startpage, replaces (and redirects from) the AOL/Netscape livepage.apple.com. The new portal features Apple Hot News, the top 10 iTunes songs, top third-party downloads, Hot Mac OS X Downloads, and quick links to .Mac Mail, HomePage, Address Book, and Bookmarks.
