Xten, a provider of VoIP (Voice over IP) and Video over IP SIP softphones, today announced the release of its new eyeBeam SIP softphone for Mac OS X. Xten will be demonstrating new versions of eyeBeam on both Mac OS X and Windows systems at VON (booth No. 833). Some new features users can look forward to include Instant Messaging and Presence Awareness using open standards like SIMPLE and XCAP.
