MaxNews is a Usenet newsreader for reading and composing both news
articles and e-mail messages built from the ground up around one of the
fastest SQL database engine with full unicode UTF-8 support. MaxNews
provides the user with an all-in-one interface, is fully MIME-compliant
and supports reading and composing messages using any charset that your
system supports.

) Overview (Long version)

MaxNews is a very flexible and effective Mac OS 9.x / Mac OS X based
Usenet newsreader supporting reading and composing both news articles
and e-mail messages. In addition, it has been completely built from the
ground up around one of the fastest SQL database engine with full
unicode UTF-8 support in mind. MaxNews provides the user with an
efficient and extensible all-in-one interface towards dealing with
large numbers of messages, no matter the form they may have or wherever
they may come from. MaxNews is fully MIME-compliant and supports
reading and composing messages using any charset that your system
supports.

Like other newsreaders, it can be used to select, view, write, sort and
print Usenet News articles. Articles can be saved locally, cut into the
Macintosh Clipboard or forwarded to other individuals via Electronic
Mail. MaxNews offers a more visual approach to Usenet News than most
other news readers. MaxNews allows the user to easily navigate between
newsgroups and articles via its point-and-click interface.

MaxNews is a newsreader which attempts to be pleasing to both new and
experienced users. In addition to the standard newsreader features,
MaxNews also supports offline newsreading, article filtering, multiple
connections, kill files and much more for both power users and
beginners.

[Fix] Quoted-Printable decoder applied where applicable.
