SubRosaSoft today announced the availability of CameraSalvage 2.0, PodSalvage 2.0, and FileSalvage 2.0, the latest releases of the company’s file recovery utilities. CameraSalvage (US$39.95) has been designed to recover picture and movie files that have been deleted intentionally or accidentally from your digital camera or your storage media. PodSalvage ($39.95) will recover music files that have been deleted intentionally or accidentally from your iPod, MP3 player, hard disk and most other types of storage. “FileSalvage will recover files you have accidentally deleted, files that have become unreadable due to physical or software based media faults, or files that were on a drive that was accidentally initialized before you backed up,” states Ben Slaney, co-author of FileSalvage ($79.95). “You can recover files from a normal hard drive, USB key, PC disk, Linux Disk, FLASH card, scratched CD’s and almost anything else that you can plug into your computer.”
