Employees at the Cambridgeside Galleria Apple Store in Cambridge, Massachusetts, say that customers have been “bombarding” their store with questions about the new iMac G5. The most common question: “Where’s the rest of the computer?” Sales associate Uche Amaechi said people can’t believe there is not another component hidden somewhere. “The reason people are coming to see it is the space saving and the power.” Apple Store assistant manager Nikki Veneziano said they have received numerous calls about the iMac G5, mostly from potential switchers. “We’ve been getting 50 to 75 calls a day just to see if we have them since the day it was announced,” she said.
