Kensington releases Laptop Desktop USB

Kensington has rolled out the Laptop Desktop USB, which is designed for notebooks 16 inches and smaller. Users can slip their laptop into a glove-like holder that doubles as a docking station. By using a separate keyboard and mouse that connects directly to the Laptop Desktop USB, notebook users effectively convert their laptop into a slim desktop computer, complete with a screen that is automatically raised for optimal viewing and ergonomic comfort. The Laptop Desktop USB — which has an estimated street price of US$79.99 — also offers a 4-port USB 2.0 hub that provides one-time connection of additional accessories. You can further customize your workspace by adjusting the unit’s screen height, as well as tilt and swivel features.
