Taiwan Apple Stores coming; 7-11 to sell iPods

The Taiwan Economic News reports that Apple has announced new sales strategies to develop its businesses in Taiwan. “Apple recently announced that it would set up a flagship store and two franchised shops in downtown Taipei to boost sales of its series new consumer electronic products, including the iPod digital music player,” the publication reports. “In addition, Apple Taiwan will also tie up with with the 7-11 convenience chain stores to sell the silver-color iPod mini models around the island.”
