Promethean, maker of the ACTIVboard Collaborative Classroom System, has released the new ACTIVboard Pro. The company says it’s the first interactive whiteboard to provide built-in Bluetooth wireless connectivity to personal computers, as well as the ACTIVboard system’s interactive radio communication ACTIVotes and ACTIVslate XR devices — and it’s Mac compatible. The company has also launched Promethean Planet, a free online resource center providing educators from around the globe the ability to share new and innovative lessons, and to access an abundance of learning resources for immediate use with the ACTIVboard teaching solution.
