At this week’s Worldwide Developer Conference and the JavaOne Developer Conference, Oracle executives announced plans to make Oracle technology available to developers who are using the latest version Mac OS X. Oracle Database 10g Early Adopters Release 2 for Mac OS X is immediately available for free download and evaluation to all registered Oracle Technology (OTN) members. Oracle plans to have the production version of Oracle Database 10g for Mac OS X available for free download and evaluation during the second half of this year. What’s more, the company plans to have JDeveloper 10g for OS X available for free download and evaluation during the second half of this year.
