Thomas Armes, Co-founder of TellOnApple.org, told MacMinute that a new 4th amended complaint has recently been filed with the Superior Court for the County of Santa Clara, and is now available for download as a PDF. “We expect to be in court on June 22nd for a case management conference and hope the judge will be setting a date for trial soon,” says Armes. TellOnApple.org is a Web site created by a group of former Apple Authorized Resellers as a means to document and share any information concerning unethical or illegal business practices of Apple. Among other things, the lawsuit accuses Apple of fraud, breach of contract, unfair competition, false advertising, and misappropriation of trade secrets.
