Some details on the iTunes Europe Store

Apple is currently conducting a press briefing in London regarding the launch of the iTunes Music Store in Europe. An official announcement is expected shortly, but here are a few details of the service. Over 700,000 tracks will be available from major and independent labels. The songs will be priced at 79p/€0.99 each, with albums starting at £7.99/€9.99. Terms and conditions are the same as the U.S. store — stream music on up to five computers, burn playlists up to seven times, and sync with an unlimited number of iPods. MacNews.de is conducting a live feed (in German) of the event.
