Every pupil in a single-year group at schools across the Lothians in Scotland will get their own laptop computer by next year, according to the Scotland Evening News. The odds are good that the laptops could be made by Apple as a delegation from the city council recently went to Henrico County, Virginia, to study that school system’s widespread iBook program.
