eSuite4X 2.8 Web Developer Edition, a US$249 tool designed to help users set up their own database server, has been released. The latest version includes more than 20 new features, including: an enhanced PHP Code Generator; inclusion of the SQL4X Manager J 2.8 Enterprise Edition; a tweaked user interface; an enhanced Reporting Tool to create and print reports; a beefed-up Data Transfer Manager for copying tables and data from development to production servers; an improved MySQL Backup Scheduler; and more. It works with Apache 2, WebDAV and MySQL on Mac OS X.
